Important NOTE
We ship our goods exclusively to addresses in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, and Switzerland. Of course, you can place an order from any country in the EU and the European Economic Area (EFTA). Please always select an alternative delivery address from the three countries mentioned above in addition to your billing address.
Not all payment methods are available in all countries, for example, purchase on account and direct debit through our partner PayPal and the Klarna payment methods. The available payment methods will always be displayed.

When shipping to a non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) will be incurred as part of your order. These will not be paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact these authorities for details.

Prepayment
If you choose to pay in advance, we will send you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
SEPA direct debit
By placing your order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will notify you of the debit date at least one banking day in advance (so-called prenotification). A banking day is every working day, except Saturdays, federal public holidays, and December 24th and 31st of each year. The account will be debited after you have received the goods.
PayPal Plus
In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), we offer you the following payment options as PayPal services. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via PayPal does not require PayPal registration. Further information is provided for each payment option and during the ordering process.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount using PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment order. PayPal will process the payment transaction immediately after you place your order.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the availability of these methods; additional individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. Credit card via PayPal
Your card will be charged by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched.
Direct debit via PayPal
Payment by direct debit via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is made directly to PayPal. By confirming the payment order, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you of the date your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.
Purchase on account via PayPal
Purchases on account via PayPal require an address and credit check and are made directly to PayPal.
Purchase on account via PayPal and Ratepay
Purchases on account via PayPal require an address and credit check and are made directly to Ratepay GmbH, Franklinstraße 28-29, 10587 Berlin (“Ratepay”).
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay feature, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
giropay
In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, we offer the payment method giropay. To pay the invoice amount via giropay, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, verify your identity, and confirm the payment order. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Amazon Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe SCA, 38 avenue JF Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg ("Amazon"), you must be registered with Amazon, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be processed by Amazon Pay within one banking day after the order is placed.

The invoice
The invoice amount is due within 7 days of receipt of the invoice and the goods by bank transfer to the bank account specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to only offer purchase on account after a successful credit check.
