2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Holz Art Galerie, owner Viktoria Pastukhova . The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by email immediately after the order is submitted.

3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices plus shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown during the order process and are based on standard shipping rates.

4. Delivery
Delivery is available worldwide, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are stated on the product pages. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you immediately.

6. Right of withdrawal

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Wood is a natural product, so variations in color and structure do not constitute a defect.

9. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
